Arrival and departure
Check-in from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. For arrivals after 8 p.m. an additional fee will be charged (EUR 40).
Check-out before 10 a.m.
You are kindly requested to inform us about your arrival time, so that we can welcome you in front of the house, show you the holiday apartment and deliver the keys.
Rental terms and conditions
The booking is considered completed when the advance payment (half of the rental amount) has been paid. The balance is due in cash upon arrival at the resort Vigna Luisa. Other payment terms have to be agreed in advance.
In the event of an impediment or cancellation made 14 days or more prior to check-in, we will refund you the total remitted advance payment. For cancellations less than 14 days before check-in, the deposit is not refundable unless we can rent the holiday apartment to another guest.
Bed linen and towels (wekly changed), energy costs and the cleaning service (on arrival and at departure), are included.
How to reach us:
From the airport Roma-Ciampino CIA
From the airport drive about 15 km in the direction of Albano and Ariccia. Then continue towards Genzano and Lanuvio. When you arrive at Lanuvio, please do not branch off towards the centre of the village, but continue straight on for 1 km in the direction of Velletri. You will reach a turnoff to the right, please follow the sign Vigna Luisa Resort - Valleverta.
On this side street you drive about 2 km until you reach a small bridge that crosses the railroad. After this bridge on the left side you will find the main entrance to the Vigna Luisa Resort. Ring the bell at the gate of the respective apartment and we will welcome you at our Resort.
From the airport Roma-Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci FCO
From the airport take the motorway in the direction of Rome until you get to the big ring road around Rome, called the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA). Here, enter the GRA in the direction of Napoli (Naples).
Go ahead on the GRA for about 15 minutes until you reach the Exit 23 (Via Appia and airport Roma - Ciampino, Albano, Ariccia, Genzano and Lanuvio). Then follow the above instructions to arrive at the Vigna Luisa Resort.
Other informations
We recommend renting a car to explore the Castelli Romani area, to reach the nearby towns of Lanuvio and Genzano with their food shops and to go to the seaside.
To visit Rome, leave your car at the nearby Campoleone train station (5 km) from where you can easily reach Rome Termini with local trains in about 23 minutes.
Even though we love animals, we ask you not to bring dogs and cats on holiday. Please do not smoke in the apartments. Thanks for your understanding.
