Rules:
The table's prices are inclusive of bedlinens and towels, warm water, light and gas. They are not inclusive of the heating, €100 for a week each apartment, and the house cleanings, €12 per person for a week. The booking fee is 50% of the rental amount.The rest of the rent will be sent seven days before the arrival date. We also keep a security deposit estimated on the number of people and on the lenght of the stay,that has to be given at the arrival.This security deposit will be given back after we have verified that no damages have been made to the apartment and to the furnitures. Vigna Luisa reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. In case of cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid in addition to the booking fees and any other additional charges: 15% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made 75 days or more before the start of the rental period 25% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 74 and 43 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 42 and 30 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 day before the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no show *High-season: May - June - July - August - September **Low-season: October - November - Dicember - Genuary - February - March - April It is also considered High-season the Easter week and the Christmas and New Year's Day week. |
